Free birth chart generation based on the details you provide.
Paid one-on-one astrology consultations via Google Meet or Zoom.
Planetary transit updates, dasha analysis, and astrological guidance.
Compatibility readings, financial astrology, and healing guidance.

3. Disclaimer — Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Astrology is a spiritual and advisory discipline. The guidance we provide is not a substitute for:

Licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
Legal or financial advice from qualified professionals.
Emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Our consultations are meant to provide insight and perspective — the choices you make remain entirely yours.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Booking: Consultations are booked through our website. Confirmation is sent via email once your slot is reserved.
Payment: Payment details are shared over WhatsApp or email after booking. Your slot is confirmed only after payment is received.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee at our discretion.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Accuracy of Birth Details

The accuracy of your birth chart and consultation depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect readings resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

If you are unsure of your exact birth time, please let us know before your session. We offer birth time rectification as a separate service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the "CosmicFamily Astro" brand — is our intellectual property. Birth charts and written summaries we prepare for you are for your personal use and may not be resold, republished, or distributed commercially without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CosmicFamily Astro and its astrologers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on astrological guidance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Abusive behaviour, harassment, or repeated no-shows will result in termination of services without refund.
